2003 AMF Bowling World Cup Special Awards
TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS, October 5 - The 2003 AMF Bowling World Cup awarded the following special awards this year:
Bent Petersen Trophy for Best Country Performance | the Philippines (men's champion CJ Suarez and third-place tie Jojo Canare) |
Barry James Sportsman of the Year | Patrick Leroy of Morocco |
Jacky Felsenstein Sportswoman | Beatrix Pesek of Hungary |
The 2004 AMF Bowling World Cup will be held in Singapore. Current plans call for it to be held at Superbowl, the site of the 1991 World Championships. Dates are October 1-10 (dates subject to modification).
