Narelle, although no stranger to the World Cup from the spectator seating area, has finally won her right to represent Aussie in the tournament.
Narelle’s bowling accomplishments include 2003 Australian Masters Champion, 2010 Arafura Classic winner and 2009 Vic 150 Winner. She is ranked in the Top Ten National Rankings.
Narelle says her bowling mentor is Jeanette Baker who was the first person (man or woman) to win the Bowling World Cup in two consecutive years 1982 and 1983.
With an average of 204, high 3-game series of 815 and high 4-game series of 1019 Narelle will be one to watch this November.
Her team mate Michael Little has been competing successfully on the Australian tournament circuit for many years. Michael is married to Amanda Bradley who won the Bowling World Cup 16 years ago in Sam’s Town.
Wouldn’t it be great if he could repeat Amanda’s success!
